Hello. In response to your message, we wanted to express our great satisfaction with our stay in Vietnam. From an organizational standpoint, everything went perfectly; the guides were excellent and demonstrated great professionalism, with a general knowledge of your country that met our expectations. Regarding the taxi drivers, we appreciated their impeccable driving; we felt safe (it's worth noting that for us, the car and scooter traffic was a constant spectacle, even though we absolutely wouldn't have been able to drive a vehicle in your extraordinary country). As for the hotels, we appreciated the variety of accommodations, their locations in the different cities, their comfort, the varied breakfasts, and the warm welcome. The cruise on Halong Bay and Lan Ha was perfect; the welcome, cabin, meals, and entertainment completely satisfied us; we had a wonderful time. Regarding the itinerary, we were delighted with the program you proposed. Our only slight reservation (in hindsight) is that we would have liked to have spent a few days exploring the Sapa region. Furthermore, we appreciated your flexibility regarding the detour to visit Mr. Le Duc Tho's house; our guide arranged for us to meet his great-nephew.
