– If a travel idea appeals to you among our various proposals, you contact us to tell us, specifying any desired modifications according to your particular wishes and your arrival and departure dates.

– either you click on the “Request a quote” tab below or “Custom quote” at the top and fill out the form to send us your travel project.

A specialist, French-speaking personal advisor from Asiaplus Voyages will contact you as soon as possible, within a maximum of 48 hours for working days, to discuss and finalize the travel program you will undertake.

As soon as you wish to place an order, you will confirm your agreement to Asiaplus Voyages.

Step 2: Book your tailor-made Vietnam trip:
After receiving your agreement to book your trip, Asiaplus Voyages will then proceed to book all the services included in the program and will confirm whether all the planned services will be available or if replacements will need to be made in case of unavailability of certain services.
You will reconfirm your agreement to the final travel program and pay a deposit corresponding to 25% of the total cost of the trip, either by bank transfer or by credit card via the Internet.
You will pay the balance of the trip either by bank transfer, or by credit card via the Internet no later than 7 days before the start of the trip, or in cash upon your arrival at the start of the trip.
